Description

You'll feel like you're living like a king in this modern town home in the private Trademark neighborhood of Old Town. With all living areas, including a den, on the street level, you won't have any steps to climb after your exhausting day of skiing. Huge windows afford great views of the mountains and the ski slopes. The wide open living and kitchen area are the perfect place for your group to relive the ski stories of the day. The property also boasts underground parking and a hot tub right out the back door. Being the last stop on the shuttle pick up schedule means you have only a few short minutes to the lifts.

Pet Friendly! This home is pet-friendly for one dog. There is a required $75 fee to bring your dog, which will be added to your balance after booking online or included in the total price when booking with a reservationist.

Sleeping Arrangements: Sleeps up to eight guests with a king bed in the first bedroom, a queen in the second bedroom, and twin beds in the third bedroom. There's also a futon in the den and three full bathrooms.

Location: Old Town Winter Park; 1/3 mile from Winter Park Resort ski area and two miles from downtown Winter Park.

Sun and fun on the mountain.

The condo was clean and inviting. It was close to the slopes for closing day activities, yet far enough for quiet and relaxation. We enjoyed the bright and airy home, as well as the hot tub.

this is a beautiful and comfortable property right near old town winter park but some thought needs to be put into how to efficiently get people to and from the ski resort. It's too close to be that difficult to find a shuttle and some times we had to wait up to 15 minutes. One day we even walked we had waited so long for the shuttle and got to the base before the shuttle did. The full loop should only be 5-10min - how can you have to wait 15 or more for a bus?

Thank you for taking the time to review the property. Yes, the shuttle in Old Town can be a 15 minute wait if you arrive to the stop just as the other one leaves. If you have comfortable shoes, the walk to the base is an easy one, or you could drop off skiers at the base if you don't want to wait for the shuttle. Very Nice Place to Stay

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The balcony and view were so relaxing along with the hot tub, just a short walk from the front door. Underground parking was a treat especially for the safety of our boat and it's contents. We were very happy to have this large rental since we had two full days of rain. The cool days allowed us to use and enjoy the gas log. The Winter Park Lodging Company girls were very personable and accommodating.

Stayed Spring Splash weekend. Everything was top notch. Great location, close enough to walk to base. Condo was everything we had hoped it would be..comfortable, clean, and plenty of room. Hot tub nice...and close. Hope to go back this summer!!

Very Good Value

Lovely, spacious condo with a nice view. Great underground parking. It was luxurious to have 3 full baths and the master bath shower was a real pleasure. Improvements? More hangers and more pillows - there wasn't enough of either. We hope to be back!

All about Winter Park is very user friendly. Check in, ski rental, ski storage, shuttle bus, hot tub and the condo. Perfect for a Spring Ski Break.

We booked our stay thru Winter Park Lodging. Excellent friendly service! Condo was very nice and clean. Close proximiatey to the slopes. Just a short drive to the town of Winter Park.

Quick Weekend Ski Trip

We drove up from Denver for a quick weekend ski trip and it could not have been better! The weather was perfect and lodging was more than ideal. We definitely hope to come back sometime soon! Perfect location and pet friendly too!

Perfect for families

Location was good, free shuttle very convenient. We often walked to the lifts in the morning and then took the green shuttle back when we were tired. Features and amenities were just right for our party of 5. Hott ub was very nice. Covered parking is great to have!

Memorable Holiday Vacation

Trademark 70 exceeded all our expectations for a very memorable holiday weekend in Winter Park. Pictures truly do not do this place justice. We were pleasantly surprised that this unit was as spacious and well accommodated. We comfortably prepared a wonderful Thanksgiving meal for our family with 3 couples and 2 small children in this wonderful home. The was the perfect location, close to the slopes and other activities in town. Winter Park Lodging Co. was very helpful and had someone on site on Thanksgiving Day to replace batteries in our smoke detectors that were beeping - excellent service. Would definitely recommend this unit to others!

We had a great time - wish we could have stayed longer, but had to get back to work. Trademark #70 was super nice, roomy and accommodating. The accessability to the base as well as trails in Fraiser was perfect. Couldn't have asked for more. Thanks!

We all had a great time while staying at Trademark #70. Very clean and kid friendly. The location was great to ski area close enough to walk if needed. The view was excellant. If visiting Winter Park again we would stay there again. The only thing it needs is some new pillows.

Nice Winter Getaway

First let me commend the staff of Winter Park Lodging Company who were great from the moment we started looking into our winter getaway to the moment we were just crossing over Berthoud Pass. There desire to insure that our experience was exceptional did not escape any of us. The experience with the staff was equalled by the comfort of Trademark #70. This 3 bedroom plus a Den was ideal for our small group. It was spacious and had great views of the Vasquez Ridge at Winter Park. The hot tub was also conveniently located just a few feet away from the unit. Definitely would recommend this unit for a small group of couples or a family with 2 or 3 children. Enjoy!

Trademark 70 is a very nice unit, it acomodated us perfectly. It had all the amenities we needed and we especially liked the underground parking. If I wanted to be picky we could have had better kitchen utensils but it really was sufficient. We had plenty of bathrooms and plenty of hot water. We used the hot tub once and we didn't have to wait, it was always available. One morning at 6 am the upstairs neghbors packed and left producing unbelievable noise but other than that our stay was very pleasant and comfortable.

White Christmas Experience

The ladies of Winter Park Lodging Company provided outstanding services from the time of inquiry to providing additional linen on Christmas day. The underground parking kept the vehicles dry and free of snow. The home was warm and roomy with all the amenities for a pleasant stay. The outdoor hot-tub was great after a long day of skiing. The free shuttle service was close by and took us right up to the ski lifts. Aloha from the Tatsuyamas....

Perfect Summer Getaway!

We have been staying at property managed by Winter Park Lodging for atleast five years now and once again they did not dissapoint. They are awesome from the first communication of getting the reservation started all the way through the stay. The service we receive each year is excellent! The Trademark #70 was awesome, it had lots of room and was very comfortable! It's located in a peaceful neighborhood not far from the trailhead of the Fraser Trail and walking distance to the Winter Park Resort. Our highlight of the condo was just sitting out on the deck with great friends, watching some wildlife and just relaxing after a long day of mtn bike riding and hiking. We had a great time!
