Great location directly across street from WinterPark ski lifts

This condo is the perfect compromise if you are looking for ski in/ski out type lodging but want something a little less expensive. This was directly across the street from the main ski lifts and just a short walk away.No shuttle bus needed! Perfect if you want to come back for lunch or to rest. Condo was spacious with two sets of bunk beds in one room (teens could talk all night in the same room); king bed in the other. Only a couple of things were minor issues-- the condo's temperature can't be regulated in each unit so we had to open the sliding door to cool down at times (but we knew that from other reviews before we booked); and unit faces the street so you can hear early morning street noise . The obvious benefit is that you have a wonderful view of the lodge and mountains. We would rent again from Winter Park Lodging and would consider this particular unit again.

Great location! Nice amenities i.e. gear locker off entrance, proximity to village, beautiful balcony and view. Only thing we had trouble with was finding the vending it was not clearly marked and we happened to find it on last day.
Perfect

3501 Fraser Crossing was everything and more. It was a great location for view and easy access to the slopes and affordable. Parking was underneath and cozy. Winter Park Lodging employees were available 24/7 and always returned my calls and emails and did everything they promised - no hassles what-so-ever. We are already looking at booking our trip for 2011.

I moved to Fraser Crossing after a bad weekend at another resort through my timeshare company. This management company, especially Valerie was professional and friendly and made our transfer smooth and accommodating. When I needed anything, they took care of it! My friends booked with the same complex this week!!! Bravo and I cannot wait until ski season! Carolyn
Nice mountain getaway.

The condo was well furnished and up to date. Nice kitchen and bathrooms. The heated parking garage was also great, easy to get to and convenient with ski lockers and equipment storage. Our problem was noisy neighbors at night. It was college week during our ski trip, and they would come back to the condos between 1 - 3am drunk & roudy and make noise in the halls and the outdoor hot tub areas. The construction of the building doesn't seem to deter much noise. Timing of a vacation might be a factor.
Manager's Response:
Dave, Thank you for the review of FC 3501. We apologize for the roudy college kids during that week, and hope you will take us up on a discounted stay in the future. We appreciated your patience and hope you had a good time despite the noise. We have shared your comments with Intrawest, who manages the building. Thank you, Sarah
Great Extended Family Vacation

As a younger married couple, we have been to Winter Park and the Grand Lake area many times. Now, with our children grown and having kids of their own, we thought it would be the right time to have a grandparent, kids and grandkids vacation. We had a wonderful time with our kids and grandkids. The closeness to the slopes made this very advantageous to take our grandkids to ski school. The ski lockers were great and the condo itself very sufficient for all of us. We left with some very great memories.

The Fraser Cossing condo was everything we needed. We were very close to the base of the mountain and our condo had plenty of room for the 6 of us. Condo was very clean and had all the amenities/supplies needed when you are making meals throughout the day. Can't wait to return!!!
