Quietly situated on the banks of Vasquez Creek where it meets the Fraser River, yet only two blocks from Main Street in downtown Winter Park, this large town home lets you have it all. Riverwalk is a fabulous way to treat yourself to a little something extra for your Rocky Mountain vacation this year. With four floors and a double level wrap-around deck, it's easy to get lost here!

Listen and watch the babbling creek race by from your bedroom, then jump on your bike or go for a stroll on the trail right out your back door. Moose also frequent the neighborhood year-round. You’ll also enjoy a steam shower in the master bath, wireless internet, flat screen TVs, a private washer/dryer, and a private one car garage which provides great ski storage and a warm car in the morning.

Sleeping Arrangements: King beds in upstairs and downstairs Master, a bunk bed in the third bedroom, and queen bed in the fourth bedroom. The third and fourth bedrooms share a bathroom, each master bedroom has its own, plus a main floor bath.

Location: Downtown Winter Park; three miles to Winter Park Resort.

"the best family vacation we ever had"

We celebrated Thanksgiving and Grandpa's 70th birthday. Ages ranged from 70 years to 18 months. This condo had everything. The kitchen was so well equipped that we never ate at a restaurant. Each of the 3 families had their own private space. The 2 living areas offered a different venue of entertainment. The location was ideal (2 blocks from Hideaway Park and on the ski shuttle route". Winter Park Lodging took care of all of our needs; including servicing the large hot tub on Thanksgiving Day and sending the stuffed duck toy that we left behind. The furnishings were lovely. The check-out was simple. We will definitely return to 201 Riverwalk and Winter Park Lodging Co.

A wonderful visit

The Riverwalk Condo allowed my wife and I, and each of our 3 adult children, to be together and yet have privacy on each of the levels of the condo. The condo has great gathering places and good places to get away from it all. The two decks overlooking the river were wonderful and the kids all liked the hot tub. The kitchen was well equipped and the convenience of being downtown and right next to the park and music festivities was great. The Condo management was right there when we needed them. They were very pleasant and quick to respond for a request to get the hot water heater working again. Thanks for a great stay. We will be back again with family and friends. Brad Hershey

Wonderful weekend in the Mountains

Riverwalk 201 was a wonderful unit. The deck was great, kitchen was well stocked and the tv room a big hit. My only request would be some fans in the closet - it was hot!
