The townhouse was beautiful, comfy and cozy and the location worked out very well for us. The only downside would be the cleanliness, it wasn't very bad but not very good. The hot tub was in pretty bad shape. The teenagers did get in it, but not my husband and I. The water was cloudy and there was adistinct unpleasant odor not associated with chlorine. It seemed as though it was not getting serviced very often. Also, the washer and dryer did not perform well. The washer did not spin much water out of the clothing and the dryer took three cycles to get clothing dry. That said, the service was exceptional, check in was extremely easy and as always everyone in Winter Park was.and the leasing agency was friendly and helpful. We will be back again next year!
