The newly remodeled ground floor has a brand new bathroom and two large bedrooms with lots of space. Warm those sore muscles in the sauna and then take a dip in the private outdoor hot tub! With a large family room surrounded with picture windows, new entertainment system, and a private loft with large TV for the kids, this four level home is the ideal spot for families wanting an unforgettable mountain getaway.

You’ll love the outdoor space with large deck and grill, forest views and spacious yard. The home is only 2.5 miles from the slopes and two minutes from downtown. Jump on the winter shuttle bus from the stop at the foot of the driveway or walk out your door to a wide variety of National Forest snowshoeing, hiking, and mountain bike trails. There is also free wireless, a private washer/dryer and a one car garage to keep your vehicle and gear warm.

Sleeping Arrangements: Sleeps up to 14. Lower level: first two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Main level: Master bedroom with queen bed and fourth bedroom with a queen and a twin bunk bed. Upper level: fifth bedroom with two sets of bunks.

Great vacation!

The location of the home was great, private, but still close to grocery, rest. shopping. The home had everything we needed and was great for the kids to play in upstairs while adults enjoyed den area. The service was great. On the first day we realized we didn't have a blow dryer...we called rental company and had a dryer delivered to our door within 16 mins. from call. They were very helpful with all sorts of occomodations if we needed anything.

Vasquez was perfect for our group of 9 adults for a long weekend. Lots of space to hang out and relax. Convenient to town and the resort. The owners have clearly done a great job with the renovations. The setting is fantastic, surrounded by woods and nicely separated from other houses.Only four stars because the bedrooms are spread across 4 floors, and there are only 3 bathrooms to go with sleeping area for about 15. Regardless, highly recommended for a big group!

We came for a weekend ski trip with the kids. We had plenty of room and beautiful accommodations. The first morning at breakfast - two moose were right outside our window looking in! What a beautiful sight. Snow every day and the staff cleaned off our deck and drive both days. Winter Park Lodging Company made sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen had better pots and pans than I have. They went above and beyond to make our stay terrific. We will definitely come back!

This was a perfect place for us to stay. There were 13 of us and there would have been room for more. This house was just beautiful and it had everything in it that we needed and more. We received wonderful service from the Winterpark Lodge Staff. They were more than willing to answer any question/s we had. The location was just perfect--close to everything! I can't say what we liked the best because everything was perfect. There was nothing about this place that we didn't like. Keep up the good work. We also appreciated the friendliness that the Winterpark Lodge Staff gave us. What a great bunch of people! Thanks for a wonderful time.
