The room was excellent. Everything we needed was already there and clean to use. The shuttle stop was right outside the door. Very enjoyable stay, and easy check in & out.

Our family really liked this condo! The kitchen was stocked with lots of extras and the granite countertops were beautiful. The view of the sledding hill was perfect for us as my husband would take the kids out at night and I could watch from the room. The beds were comfortable and the unit was clean. Loved the washer & dryer inside the unit! We walked to a convenience store and to a restaurant nearby for dinner one night, so its a good location if you want to be in town, but we would have preferred to be closer to the mountain. The shuttle service right outside the unit was great but only runs every 30 minutes, so that was our only complaint about the trip. Otherwise, the condo, mountain & town were great!

The Winter Park Lodging Company did a great job with communicating to us in writing and follow ups over the phone about what we could expect during are stay at Winter Park. The location of the condo in downtown Winter Park was a plus as we could walk to many eating places and the mall shopping area. The 80's summer concert held behind our condo in the park was a lot of fun. We listened to a lot of it from our balcony. The condo was very roomy, nice decor,comfortable beds,nice kitchen and the pool area was a lot of fun. We hope to go back some day!

This condo blew us away when we walked in. It was spotless and decorated beautifully. It seemed like a home inside of a rental with all the extra touches and lovely accessories. I would definitely recommend this property. Sherry

Jazz festival 2011

As always, my stay at Trailhead 734 was great. I stay here when we come to the Jazz festival every year. The location is perfect for me and my husband. We have a great view of the concert. Although, this year I was a little disappointed that we were not able to see the performers from the balcony area because there was a tent on the stage that was blocking the view of the entertainers. The people at Winter Park Lodging are a great group and are always courteous and accessible when I need them. Th 734 is a beautiful lodge and is very well equipped for everything we needed. My stay at TH 734 was and is always a pleasant one. Looking forward to next year!!! Teresa Ector

Awesome! Perfect home for our family of 4. The 4yr old & 18 month old felt right at home and loved having their own room and bath. Loved the kitchen & condo decor. Excellent home we hope to return to next year!

This condo has everything you need! Very well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. There was even a Christmas tree and decoration around the fireplace since we stayed during Christmas and New Year. We appreciated this a lot! The bus stop to the slopes is right in front of the apartment and the kids could easily take the bus home by themselves (11 & 13 years old) when they got tired before us. There's an easy walk to Winter Park shopping centre so location is very god but you have to take the bus or your car to go to the slopes. Unfortunately there were 2 saucepans that weren't cleaned properly (likely they had been in the dishwasher and no one had notice this when the dishwasher was clear out), things that easily could happen. Otherwise we were very happy about the cleanness.

We enjoyed our stay and found the condo to be very spacious and clean. We especially enjoyed the hummingbirds visiting the feeder on the balcony. The pool was nice as was being able to walk over the the park.The group at Winter Park Loding company was very helpful in booking the condo. They were friendly and easy to work with. This was one of the best vacation rentals we have had and at a very reasonable price!

734 is spectacular. The location was amazing. We hardly used our car. Biked or walked everywhere. The best part though was coming home to the beautifully appointed and comfortable condo. The deck overlooks the park where there was a blues fest going on. The pool and clubhouse were perfect for meeting up with family in other units. Would have liked to have been informed about the aweful construction across from the pool with debris blowing everywhere - but it didn't dampen our spirits. Overall this vacation was fabulous.

Thank you for the review of Trailhead 734. The construction will be completed at the end of the summer (building one more Trailhead building) and then it will be green and pretty. We apologize there was debris blowing when you were at the pool. Come back again this winter (pool is heated!) or next summer to enjoy. See you soon!

This is my 4th visit to Winter Park and I have always stayed ski in-ski out until now. Never again will I spend 3X the money for a place that is not nearly as nice as Trailhead Lodges! Pros: granite counter tops in baths and kitchen, full size and completely functionable kitchen, your own washer and dryer right there in the condo, nice furnishing, GREAT LOCATION- blue bus lift stop is right outside the door, easy walk to Cooper Creek/Deno's/Carvers/ and the SLED HILL Cons: the mattresses are hard, esp in the kids room. the only other con is having to either pay to store your skis on slope or carry them everyday. Hints: if you have a child in your group you can use Willie's cab from the bus circle right to the ski school beside Gemini lift. Cab runs until 4:45 everyday. If you have to use the lift system, carry the number in your cell and call them when you are heading to a place and they will be sure you are picked up quickly. If you are going to Tubing Hill, call them as you get to the stop and they will come pick you up and you can forego the long uphill walk!!!! Finally, not much beat the sled hill outside our door for all 4 kids.... including the 17 and 15 yr olds!!! lol Eating: have eaten at Smokin Moe's 3 times and have not been happy yet!!!!!!! LOVE Fonteneaus, Carvers for breakfast, Deno's, and Hernandos. This condo is our new family secret!! definitely 5 of 5 stars!!!!!!!!!!! you will not be sorry! Thanks WPLC for a great stay!

These homeowners take pride in their rental. Comfortable, great location to Skiing, town and a great childrens park across the street. There were 3 adults and 2 children in our party and it was just the right amount of space for all. Will stay there again when vacationing in WP!

My family & I had a great time & thought this condo was beautiful. It is located in a great location...only a few minutes from all the fun. We loved the fireplace & the heated floor. We did have two problems...bathroom locks & handicap parking. We had problems locking the bathroom doors...we had to jigggle them a little in order for them to lock. We also wished there was a handicap sign up. We figured there was an assigned handicap parking spot but was covered by the snow.

Great place and location. Had fun sledding! Beautiful inside. Suggestions: it was hard to get the place warmed up and keep the temperature consistant, didn't like the bunk bed(not to comfortable) a queen or double bed would be better, and you need to install the dishwasher better, it was not screwed in and kept falling out. For such a beautiful decorated place and comfortable, it just needs a couple of adjustments.

Thank you "jcarpenter" - we appreciate the feedback and will be sure the dishwasher is better adjusted before the next guest arrives. The condo does have radiant heat which can be tricky. You have to turn it up gradually and then wait a bit as the floors heat and radiate. The great thing about radiant heat is avoiding dryness!

We planned for a Christmas Week getaway to Winter Park. This unit features a great in-town location as we didn't want to stay at the base this trip. Trailhead Lodges feature a very functional floorplan and the radiant floor heat was certainly welcome at the end of the day. Thoughtful appointments made for a relaxing stay. The Blue Line bus stops was just steps away providing easy transport to the slopes. The busses were very prompt. The kids easily walked into town after the lifts closed and many great restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.

Lovely condo with all necessary essentials - fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. Great location just across from sledding hill, and the free bus is just outside the door.
