Situated on the 5th floor of the Riverside building, this condo has great views of the divide from up high and is just a stone's throw from the lifts.

Very convenient location that has a beautiful view from the room

The condo was small and cozy and had the basic necessities. The condo advertised that it could accomodate up to 6 people but I think that would have been uncomfortably tight and the pull out couch was in bad shape. However, the unit was cozy and very quiet and most importantly conveniently located at the base of the lift.

The ski in/out location made it extremely convenient. Access to (free) local transportation to the surrounding community/activities/resturants was nice because we did not have a rental car. Due to the number of people, we had to use the pull out couch which, unfortunately, was very uncomortable and needs to be repaired or replaced. A large skillet/frying pan would have been nice, too. Based on the price, we would have liked access to replacment towels, as opposed to having to use coin laundry to clean the one set provided for the entire stay. All in all, the accomodations played a significant role in us having a great time during the Christmas to New Year's holiday. (3 adults, 3 teens)

The acommadations were fine. Mattress quality could be better and cooking pans very limited. A friend skiing with us was hit from behind by a snowboader and broke his ankle. His wife had a similar experience last year, while not injured, she no longer skis. I know with the fun of our sport comes risk, I fear we may lose skiiers if these issues are not improved

What a wonderful time we had at Winter Park. The skiing was just perfect!!! The condo was very comfortable and a great location. The only thing lacking was the kitchen cooking pans and accessories could be better. The staff at Winter Park Lodging were top notch!! Appreciate all of their help in organizing our stay. A Great time was had by all !! We will return!

This particular condo was in a perfect location for our family. It was in the center of all the action and convenient to all skiing, rentals, dining, and shopping. No additional walking after a hard day of play. It could not of been located in a better place! Also, I was impressed with the selection of cooking utensils, pots and pans, bowls, anything I need to cook an entire meal. There was plenty of space for family time or when you needed to relax by yourself. The sleeping arrangements worked out well for everyone. The girls had their room, my husband and I had ours and our son had a confortable roll out bed. It worked out perfectly. Our vaction was very pleasant and full of fun. This is partly due to the accomidations! Thanks WPLC for working with us to find the perfect place!
