Loved the ski in and ski out location. The rental was very clean and kitchen had everything we needed. Also, the winter park lodging company was wonderful. We loved how close it was to the hotub and washer/dryer.

This unit 2006 is located at the parking level of the riverside of the Zephyr resort. To get there you have to walk through a hall, pass the gym and spa and it is to you right; here is nothing wrong with that, I am just describing it so that people that have been to the Zephyr before have an idea of where it is before choosing it. The view of the unit, unlike the ones that are upstairs, is facing the street. Not an ugly view but it is nice to see the mountains from your window, so if viewing the mountain in the morning is a must rent another unit. Wplbo service is excellent; they are very responsible and take care of all your needs immediately. This is my third time renting with them and would do it again in a heartbeat. The unit was clean and well equipped. The price was better than what the Zephyr was offering.

We always stays in Zephyr because it slocation. It Ski in /out condominum. Although the apartment is little, is ok for a family with two kids. The kitchen has everything you need to have breakfast. The laundry is the same floor which is excellent.Something we found this year is that the hotel shuttle (which is exclusively for this hotel) is delayed all the time. One night we were supposed to be pick up in rental shop in 20 minutes and we were calling every 15 minutes to remind it, and pass almost 90 minutes and we were in the street with little kids waiting for them. All drivers were not very nice. You need to have groceries, since after 9pm, there is nothing to eat on the hotel...

location, location, location. Couldn't ask for a better spot unless they put rooms in the Lodge at Sun Spot. Staff was very helpful. Turned out we had some unexpeted fun with my wife breaking her leg skiing, so we were a little high maintenance and everyone on the property went above and beyond what I would expect.

The location of the room next to the Zephyer lift is great! Working with Winter Park Lodging Company was friendly and seemless. They took care of every need! The room being located just down the hall from the hot tub is ideal. The use of the air beds was wonderful the pull out couch bed never works well to sleep on. Great stay thank you.

Seeing the picture of the condo makes me almost homesick! We had an absolutely amazing vacation. From the first call to Winter Park Lodging Company, we got nothing but excellent service. Booking was easy, and the WPLC team happily answered all the questions I came up with between booking and staying there. Everything in the condo was exactly as described, and just right for our family of four. The location in the Village was perfect, and it made eating in a breeze, even for lunch. Others have complained about the temperature of the condos, but ours was perfect (probably because it is on the ground floor). The condo is well equipped, so don't go grocery shopping until you see what's there (such as toilet paper, salt/pepper, dish soap, etc.). It also has wireless internet (which wasn't listed in the description). Even though the front desk was only supposed to be there to give us our keys, they were very friendly, and helped us with everything we needed. This particular unit (2006) is great because its close to the parking, the hot tub, and not too far of a walk from the entrance of the building. If you're renting skis, use the WPLC advance booking discount to get them right in the village. It's much easier than going offsite, and if you use the discount, the price is reasonable. The ski school is also inexpensive and very good. But make sure you show up early on weekends. They get crazy by 9:00 (even though they tell you to not to drop off the kids until 9:15). Eat at the Cheeky Monk. Its pricey, but they have awesome beer, and a really friendly staff. The ski school has a "kids' night out" program on Thursdays for $30/kid, and if you spend $30 in the village (during the 3-hour kid's night out time) you get a refund, so it's like free (and fun) childcare. If you're on the fence about where to vacation, Winter Park is a fantastic and relatively inexpensive resort, especially if you book early. I will definitely be back, hopefully next year!

Fantastic Experience, Great Condo

We had a great trip to Winter Park. Zephyr 2006 is fantastic. The first floor location was easy to get in and out. The ski locker and slopes were easily accessed even for our four-year-old daughter. Our daughter also loved being able to walk right out the back door and play in the snow. We have stayed in several condos at Zephyr and we liked this one the best because of the location. The condo was comfortable, cozy, and well-equipped. The only problem I could foresee would be a rowdy crowd using the hot tubs (we didn't have any issues), which is located very close by. There was plenty of room for three adults and one child by using the sofa sleeper. The staff at Winter Park Lodging Company was very helpful and we found everything just as promised. Booking, check-in and check-out were very easy. The coupon book with discounted lift tickets and rental discounts were a huge bonus. We will definitely be back next year.

Great trip

We stayed here with our 3 young kids for a family ski trip. It was just right for us. Close to everything we needed and with a kitchen which meant that we could eat every meal together - even lunch for those not in the ski school. The hot tub is quick to access, but the room isn't so close that you can hear anything from it (we never heard anything from outside or neighboring areas.) It will be too small as the kids get older, but it was perfect for us this year. Oh - the people with WPLBO were very helpful and friendly too. Thanks!

We enjoyed our stay at the Zephyr Lodge. Very nice unit at a wonderful and convenient location. Excellent value. The unit was comfortable with easy access to the hot tubs and slopes. Heated garage for the rental car made it easy to run out for dinner at night. Nice kitchenette if you are inclined to cook while on vacation. Starbucks a short walk away. Would stay here again.

My two friends and I spent ten days at the Zephyr Mountain Lodge in December 2007. The home was perfect for our needs and we had no issues at all. When I booked the home, I had to call by telephone to make the booking rather than doing it online. I had no problem with this other than the fact that calling from the UK, the phone line was very quiet and I could barely hear the very helpful representitive. Everything we needed for our stay was provided and local facilities are excellent. I look forward to my next stay and hope to travel with my wife and kids next time.
