Awesome Location

This unit is the best location for ski in ski out...I practically skied out of the living room. The unit is a little small, but you don't spend much time inside on a ski trip. Winter Park Lodging Company was a breeze to work with on this trip.

This is the ultimate ski-in/ski-out condo, with views of the red Christmas Tree and slopes. The interior Christmas decorations and patio wreath were festive and homey, and the extensive selection of books, games and CDs provided relaxing entertainment. Everyone at Winter Park Lodging Company was extremely helpful and efficient. We were very pleased with everything.

This complex is nearest to the Zephyr lift creating a true ski in/out experience during ski season. Would love to have this unit during a ski stay, though I can see the potential for it to be a bit noisy as it is next to the hot tubs and right at ground level. You can literally ski in/out of this unit. The unit does need some upgrading though, floor coverings and range in particular.

We stayed here for a summer getaway and the kids loved it! We were able to walk from our patio straight to the alpine slide and other fun activities! Hot tub is right next door and staff was awesome!

Fantastic location right on the slope (we walked just down the hill to get to the Zephyr lift) and very clean/nice unit. Would stay here again.

Zephyr is a great location everything you need is right in walking distance. Room was adequate...somewhat aging, but can't beat the location. Village is nice, but expensive. Town is only couple miles away if you have a car. Skiing was great, snowmobiling was even better. Scenery is excellent, the mountains are beautiful. We would stay there again for another ski vacation...whole family enjoyed the trip.
Perfect Ski Getaway

The Zephyr 1215 was the perfect vacation rental for our family. It is located close the the Zephyr chair lift - we could ski to the lift and come down the hill and be right at our door. We could ski for the morning hours, come in for a quick lunch and head right back out to the slopes. The check-in/check out procedure was easy. All the staff at the Winter Park complex that we came in contact with was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The only draw back was having to pay $56 to park for the 4 day stay.

Best condo on the mountain - skied off the balcony 50 ft to the Zephyr lift - lots of room for 2 adults, one teen. Staff at the lodging company and the front desk were always friendly and helpful. Very clean, plenty of bathroom supplies and towels for the week. Thanks for the coffee - nice touch! Ski locker was very useful, as was heated underground parking. Will definitely stay with this company again - can I get the same rooms? Made for a very happy vacation for the whole family.

Perfect unit for a perfect vacation!!! Nothing can beat the location of this unit - the only unit in whole complex that has a balcony right into the snow and seconds away from the lifts! It was very convenient to ski in/out, very relaxing to enjoy an outdoor hot tube, and work with kind and attentive staff of the management company! Thank you very much for a perfect vacation - we'll definately be back next year!!!
Excellent place to ski with teenage ski racer

My son thought I was the bomb when he figured out we were really truly ski in ski out and this worked out great for us since he is a ski racer and he was able to drop in and out during the training runs and race runs with one of his buddies. That was good for me too since it was a pretty cold weekend. I liked all the conveniences of having a small kitchen, nice place and again the ski in ski out. We checked in at the front desk and since there was a wait, we started unloading our stuff which was not smart b/c we had to load it all back once we learned we were in a different building - that part was unclear. The front desk was busy and harried but they were friendly. The condo was very cozy and the only thing i would recommend is an extra throw blanket to get even cozier with. awesome over all.this is truly the only ski in/out condo at the zephr.plenty of room,very nice and comfortable.1215 was really more than i expected with lift access and proximity too hot-tubs.the only glitch was a slow drain in shower and having to pay for parking,which should be included for the amount unit cost per night.coffee was a nice touch also.wplbo was also outstanding to deal with as usual,keep up the good work girls and i will see you next year.thanks again jim

We spent 5 days in unit 1215 at Zephry over Christmas, this is an outstanding unit, plenty of space for a family of 4 ( we took a 22 & 17 yr old) this is a "true" ski in- ski out unit we walked out our back door every day and skied to the lifts. Winter Park at Christmas was outstanding, short lift lines and very little crowd, the village restaurants were a little pricey so I would suggest a car and looking in Winter Park itself if you want to eat out. Winter Park Lodging was a dream to work with, they stayed in contact with me after booking the unit, and they sent me information on lift ticket discount and other activity ideas while we were there. I highly recommend using them-Thank you WPL for making this such a great trip
