Spring break ski vacation

Nice roomy condo, comfortable furnishings, good room layout, well-built building. The location is perfect, just walk across the street and hop on the lift. Nice views of the mountain from the deck, which is handy to the hot tub and grill. A few downsides: almost every glass in the kitchen was chipped, the hot tub was not maintained very well for such heavy usage, and trains waking us up at night. Overall, a positive experience, I would stay there again.

We loved the condo--very close to skiing and what views! The house was great for our three boys and ourselves. The Winter Park Lodging Company who helped us book it was great--always there with anything we needed. The location put us within walking distance of skiing, as well as very close to the rental facility and other goodies (Starbucks, pizza, etc). We loved the proximity to skiing and the incredible views the best. We will be back--looking foward to next year.

Perfect location for our ski trip. Hot tub just outside our porch, made for great relaxing after skiing all day. Large bathrooms and bedrooms with plenty of room to stretch out. Fireplace really enjoyable in the living room. Ski lockers on main floor made things easy. Indoor parking great. Can't wait to come back!

Convenient to activities

This is a great location to get to the base of Zephyr for summer activites and hiking up the mountain. This condo is very nice and has a spacious outside area convenient to hottub and grill. The downside is that the second bedroom is adjacent to the grill and windows are open to cigarette smoke and noise.

The condo is convienent to lift. It was furnished nicely and the patio with hot tub and gas grill was only a few steps away. The height in the parking garage was adequate for a full size van with ski boxes on top. The negatives are even with the thermostat turned down and the windows open it was rather warm. The building enterance and lobby were excesively warm considering we were dressed in ski clothes. Several of the key cards had to be reativated several times.

The condo was beautiful, spacious and well equipped. It's within close proximity to the Village shops and all of the summer activities Winter Park resort has to offer. The only drawback was the train. The sound of the train is charming during the day but not so much in the middle of the night. I'd recommend bringing earplugs and keeping the windows closed. The customer service from WP Lodging Co was outstanding. We look forward to booking with them again.

This condo was exactly what we needed. With the hot tub right outside, relaxation was very convenient! The kitchen wasn't as stocked as others we have had. There was no crock pot for the soup we love to enjoy for lunch. Only one of the bathrooms had a hair dryer. Other than that, it was excellent. We had plenty of room to relax after a day on the slopes. The beds were fine, even the pull-out. It was a good home away from home for us.

Great location (walk to lifts) and nice, roomy unit. Clean, well kept, comfortable. Very convenient to have washer, dryer in unit, esp with kids. Kitchen could use a few more standard utensils, and don't know why parking in garage should be additional cost!

Great place to stay, 5 minute walk to the lifts, able to have lunch at home & back to the slopes. Comfortable & great hot tub right outside the door. Only complaint is, come on $14.00 a night to park!

Overall our stay was great. You can't get much closer than this condo. The slopes and village are right out the front door. Ski locker on first floor added to the convenience. It was awesome to be on the third floor. Our room had to be the closest to the hot tub and grill. Literally 10 steps away! The condo was clean and we had plenty of room(4 adults). My only complaint was the beds. Neither of us couples slept well. The beds are very uncomfortable; broken down. Really no support in them at all. Outside of that, I might have liked to see a few more things in the kitchen too; colander, for example. Might have been nice to have an ipod/phone docking station too. But, it was very convenient.

This property is amazing. It looks brand new and was spotless on our arrival. The location is conveniently located within the WP resort village. Underground parking is clean, safe and convenient. The condo has a very upscale look and feel. A great place to get away from the summer heat and have some fun!

Ski Vacation

We all had a great time and will be looking to come back again next year. We were right across the street from the slopes and had a private balcony. It lead out to the common areas which came in handy when grilling and going to the hot tub!! Only thing I would change is the pullout because it was very uncomfortable even for a pullout.

The condo was excellent and Winter Park Lodging company was very friendly and helpful. Hopefully able to book again next year. The only thing that needs attention is how warm the condo gets. Heat off and having to open windows even with heat off. Also great suggestion is not to put families with small children next to more adult families. We had a complaint lodged against us on Wednesday night a little after 9. Come on we were by the hot tub and never complained about that noise. Most city ordinances aren't until after 10. Those peeps next door need to get real. Over all great though!! Sincerely, Cissy Hoffman

The location was great, clean, comfy and at the best price!! We had the 2 br 2 br and it was perfect for 2 families. This is the 3rd season I've stayed in the building and will do the same next year.

We totally enjoyed our stay during the 2009 Christmas holidays at Fraser Crossing 3301" in Winter park resort. The location of this room within Fraser was PERFECT. Walk right out the elevator across the hall and into the room. Room was clean, roomy, washing machine and dryer helped us pack lighter. Our overall experience was awesome.
