Sleeping Arrangements: Sleeps up to ten with a queen bed in the first & second bedrooms, a king in the third bedroom, bunk beds with a double on the bottom bunk in the fourth bedroom, plus a futon in the downstairs extra living area. Four full bathrooms.

Location: Downtown Winter Park, just two miles from Winter Park Resort base.

One of the better places I've stayed at in Winter Park. Only issue was at my age the number of stairs.

I am picky, and I found Red Quill 509 very comfortable and quite lovely. When we walked in, my kids (older teens) said "Wow, this place is amazing!" I felt the same way. The kitchen is very well equipped with large pots and pans, dishes and glassware. They even were pretty well stocked with spices! The kitchen, living room and dining room were all very large - plenty of room for 10-12 people to congregate and eat and for several of us to prepare meals. The shuttle to the ski area picks you up just across the street - a very easy walk. I hope to stay at Red Quill 509 again sometime in the future!

I stayed at Red Quill 509 for the Snowball Music Festival. First and foremost, Winter Park Lodging Company customer service was excellent. They were always available, helpful, and kind. The condo was fabulous. Very clean, hot tub was hot, and kitchen was stocked with pots and pans. The condo was 2 minutes from the festival, which was extremely convenient. I will definitely be calling Winter Park Lodging Company next year.

Four guys on the annual ski trip. The condo is well equipped and the decor is excellent. Hot tub very convenient, all appliances and electronics functioned perfectly. I would like to commend the winter park lodging company for their prompt remedy of our coffee maker problem. We had a replacement in about 30 minutes! Proximity to all things related to a ski trip no problems.

Working with Winter Park Lodging Company was the best experience ever. They made the entire experience so easy and were available any time we called for any reason!The unit was great as well- very nicely decorated. It is located very close to a couple of restaurants and an excellent ski rental operation. The kitchen seemed to be lacking a few things - extra trash bags, additional pans, and a few other things. There are a lot of stairs - should that be a problem for someone. But overall, it was a great! experience. There

In all, our family rented four homes. Each of them excellent. The customer service was at the top of our experiences and we truly appreciate how accommodating you were with our needs for our baby grandson. I can't thank you enough for removing any and all stress around this family wedding event for us. We'd recommend you to anyone looking for a place to stay in Winter Park! For all those who did not take us up on the recommendation and instead stayed at the Y - all we could hear about was how much they wish they would have booked with you! Thank you!

Winter Park Lodging was amazing. Their concierge service was so helpful especially when we needed more humidifiers for the kiddo's rooms. Thank you to Sam, Rachel & Joe. I used to work at the Hotel Del Coronado in San Diego and their service was just as good if not better in making sure we were happy. The property was so cozy and the children had so much fun sleeping in bunks. It was so nice to have 4 comfortable bedrooms and 4 baths- what a luxury when combining two families. The kitchen is my dream kitchen especially with the fire place next to the dinner table. We loved that the place had all of the best games to play and we played Clue, Scrabble and Monopoly every night. The only thing that we would have really liked to have had was a crib. Our little one is too big for a pack and play but too young for a real bed. I would suggest Winter Lodge investing in a couple of inexpensive transportable cribs. Location was perfect just minutes to the slopes. There was a shuttle bus but we chose to drive to the slopes and park in the free parking lot. Thank you for an amazing experience for our family!

The Red Quill townhouse was nicely decorated and appointed with all the comforts of home. The location was prime with easy access to the slopes, dining and shopping. We had a small problem with the TV not working in the family room. I would suggest replacing that TV and adding a TV to the guest room upstairs. Everything else was well maintained. I highly recommend this spot!

Nice condo - plenty of room. Kitchen well stocked. Plenty of towels and linens. Had trouble with wireless. Could only use the hot tub if we remember to unlock it during the day. Once it became dark it was impossible to read the code and we didn't have a flashlight.

Extended family recently gathered at 509 Red Quill to celebrate being together, especially with my son home from afghanistan - on some nights there were 10 of us and we were completely comfortable and happy with the townhouse. It's a first class place complete with everything we could need, from laundry soap to spices in the kitchen. We loved the private hot tub. The place is nicely located within walking distance to the downtown pubs, restaurants and shops; short drive to the grocery store, tubing and ski resort (if you don't want to hop the shuttle). Winter Park Lodging Company is totally professional and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

My siblings and I spent Labor Day weekend at Red Quill 509 and had a fabulous time. We were able to walk/ride bikes to trails and parks, the accomodations were pefect for our 3 households, and the kitchen was well stocked and well laid out so we could cook meals and feed everyone all together. I would absolutely stay here again!

The townhouse was beautiful and had a great private hot tub. Wplc was fabulous to deal with - one of the best vacation rental experiences I've ever had. They were prompt to return phone calls and helped us resolve everything quickly and easily.

We had a really terrific time! We enjoyed the early snow, walked to the movie theater one night, ate in using the wonderfully equipped kitchen and hung out in the living room. It was a great space for all of us to be in, very comfortable and spacious and super clean. The only drawbacks were crowded parking, made a little more difficult by the neighbor who parked so close to our driveway and the very chilly temperatures when we arrived. Otherwise it was perfect in every way.

Our adult coed soccer team had a great time. I got comments from everyone on how well the place worked out for us. We did very well in our tournament and I attribute some of that success to our lodging. We were able to cook great meals and relax in the hot tub.

We loved our stay at Red Quill 509;except we left a pair of gray and pink pj bottoms that they never found. Please still look. WE had 9 people staying there and it was very comfortable. A bathroom for every bedroom, plus a powder room. A huge kitchen, so everyone could help "cook". The 4 level townhouse can provide great exercise too! Thanks again.

The service we received was wonderful. The people in the office promptly returned emails and offerend very helpful information about activities in the area, discounts, directions, etc. The condo was fabulous!!!! We loved everything about it. It is very spacious, beautifully decorated, quiet, lots of beds/matresses, linens, "starter" supplies and the kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we have ever had. The place is perfect for a large group. We loved having the heated garage to come home to after a day of skiing. There was lots of room for storing all equipment. The hot tub was nice and relaxing. The condo is within walking distance of downtown shopping, ice skating and the sledding hill and playground, which was lots of fun for all. The walk to the bus stop was not bad at all and the best part is, all buses stop so there was never a wait longer than 10 minutes.

We have rented several vacation condos over the years and this one definitely sits at the top. It is clean, higher-end, large and yet cozy. It has a big kitchen which was so fun. Lots of sleeping space and in a perfect close to everything location. I admit I am a bit of a princess and not easily impressed with rental properties but this one did! We seriously loved this place and we will probably go back!

The amenities at Red Quill 509 were absolutely fabulous. There were 11 of us vacationing over the Thanksgiving holiday, and the home was a perfect size to accommodate all of us. The activities available in Winter Park were perfect for adults as well as kids. We skied, we snowmobiled, we inner-tubed, etc., etc. And all activities were conveniently located. We hope to make Winter Park our annual holiday/vacation getaway in the future. Thanks to all of you for a great vacation!!

Red Quill 509 provides spacious, well equipped and very compfortable accomodation. It was a pleasure to wake up there in the morning and to come home to after skiing. We enjoyed all the board games that were provided and had brought along some dvds that we enjoyed also. There are a lot of stairs, however, which are hard on tired legs after a long day on the slopes! And while we liked staying in the town of Winter Park, it was a little noisy at times. But a really lovely property nontheless. Thank you WPLBO.

This is our first time staying here. We had planned a family ski vacation and it was fabulous. We found the condo to above our expeditions. It was clean, fully stocked with everything. So many times you rent one of these condos and you have to bring your own cooking supplies. We found that this unit had everything plus some. There were 4 different families and this condo met our needs because of everone had there space and own bathrooms. This made getting ready to go sking much easier. There was enough room that the small kids to play and yet the adults could had there space also. We found the sleeping rooms very comforable and clean and well stocked. I would highly recommened this unit to anyone and I will use this condo again in the future.

This place is beautiful. The interior decorator gets high scores from everyone in our party. This property feels very spacious for the number of people it can accomadate. The hot tub was nice but hard to get to. The stairs leading to the hot tub were very dangerous in winter because of the metal material, wet, snow/ice (a rob and slip on shoes would help). I would highly recommend this property for family get-togethers.

We have stayed in various condo's in the Red Quill Subdivision for the last (5)years on our visits to Winter Park and this Condo ranked right up at the top. Very comfortable and very close to the main strip. We look forward to next year.

The hot tub cover had some damage to the hinge frame allowing the rain,leaves,and wilderness elements to contaminate the use of it. The garage had a quarter inch of summer time dirt caked to the floor due to the dirt road prior to the recently paved ashalt driveway. Our group rode motorcycles for the weekend and it had rained, so the wet tires turned the dirt covered floor into a slick muddy surface. We shoveled,swept and borrowed the neighbors water hose to wash out the garage area, so that we would not track dirt into the enty of the home. Other than that little set back, the condo was in beautiful shape and we truly injoyed the entire weekend, thou the use of the hot tub would have been wonderful!. And we all agreed that we would stay again despite the the miner inconvenience of the issues at hand.
