The condo met our needs for base of operation while exhibiting at alpine art affair in July. Family visited us so there were four adults, two preschoolers and an infant. The condo is a little short on cooking utensils for one that sleeps 8 - one small sauce pan and small skillet. Really liked watching the trains enter and exit Moffat Tunnel from the balcony.
Great experience in Winter Park!

This condo was well appointed with almost everything you would have in your own home. Very short walk to the lifts (about 5 minutes). Great view of the village and the mountains. The only complaints: not enough storage for clothing. The master only had 2 narrow drawers in the TV stand and 2 underneath the bunk beds. The closet was fine for things that needed to be hung up. Since we booked for 2 families of 4 persons each, we were shocked to find that bedroom 2 had absolutely no closet and no drawers! We have to share our 4 drawers with another family and it was a 5 day trip! The only other thing was that on 2 separate nights the fire alarm went off in the building so we were evacuated both times in the middle of bathing the Kids and/or dinner. Because the units are privately owned and don't operate like a hotel, although we called to have another drawer brought up it wasn't possible. One last caveat: we made our ski school reservations in advance but upon arriving to check-in for them, the customer service desk couldn't find them. It took over an hour to figure out and we missed our classes. Thankfully the village goes above and beyond to make patrons happy and moved our reservations for the following day. A big plus: custom fittings for boots and helmets in our condo.
Fun in the snow

Nice lodging. Plenty of room for a family of 4. Great snow the week we were in Winter Park. Short walk to the slopes. Lots of restaurants nearby. The shuttle service is excellent. We didn't need a car.
A wonderful home away from home

I surely enjoyed our winter vacation at this lodge. It all you need in a home. Very roomy, easy access to slope and town. Winter park resort company is absolutely helpful and quick to respond. I will differently recommend it to anyone. Would do this again.
Winter Park's Best Kept Secret!

I stayed at Fraser Crossing 3506. It was an excellent experience (even with the trains coming through the area consitently). I can't think of one negative aspect of my stay at Fraser Crossing 3506. The complex was quiet, well-kept and nicely furnished. The condo was equipped with so many items that are homey and practical. We also visited the hot tub which was also exquisite. An additional aspect that I enjoyed was the quaint ski village. The stores were great and Starbucks was nearby. I liked being outside of the city of Winter Park as well. It was a enjoyable experience overall and my stay felt like home away from home.
Amazing trip!

Our experience at Frasier's Crossing was amazing. The condo was clean, very well kept and comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed to make our week superb! The only downfall was that with two families of kids, it did not work well to use the pullout couch as the kids went to bed before the rest of us and we wanted all adults to have their own bed. We would definitely rent from this company again. Also, we were not aware that each condo was only allowed one car parking space (in a condo that sleeps 7 we needed two parking spots for both of our families).
It was a great place to call home.

The condo was very comfortable, a great location, and every thing that we needed. I would stay there again and again.

Terrific, Convenient Condo

We drove to Winter Park for quick 5 day ski trip -- loved the condo. Equipped with everything, big hot tub, steps from lifts. Biggest selling point was rental agency offered 50% off lift tickets -- can't beat that -- saved us lots of money! Highly recommend for great skiing vacation.
Outstanding location

Great place to stay. It is so convenient for getting to and from the slopes and all the activities. The condo is very nice. The beds are comfortable. The 2 bathrooms are large with huge bathtubs for soaking away aches and pains. Our stay was enoyable for everyone. We will stay there again, in fact I would love to live there.
