Cozy and convenient
Reviewed by Imelda on 3/19/2014
We had a wonderful trip taking my kids for their first ever ski trip on a recent long weekend. The penthouse is beautifully decorated and right across from the ski school and Zypher lift. We paid for the parking and glad we did. Home has all amenities needed, short on storage space though. Jacuzzi is wonderful, wished we had thought of using it more than once. This unit is quite far from the elevator. Ski locker is a plus.
Nice place and super convenient

The condo was very nice, and super convenient to WP village, lifts, and amenities. Keys were waiting for us in a lockbox and the Easy Ski service was fantastic. Lots of up-front communication from Winter Park Lodging made the logistics very easy. A few minor complaints: The directions to locate the parking garage weren't very clear; the mattress on the bed is memory foam, which isn't for everyone; and the TV in the bedroom was not working properly. Overall, this was a very positive experience, and I would definitely recommend.
Excellent Times!

We stayed here between Christmas and New Years with my wife and two children (6 and 11). Everyone loved the condo, and is anxious to go again. Checking in and out was as easy as it could be, everyone helping us was extremely friendly and knowledgeable making it one of the best experiences I've had planning a trip. The Condo is rather spacious, we were a little worried at first of feeling like we would be on top of each other and that wasn't the case at all. The bed and sofa bed were pretty comfortable, everyone woke up refreshed and ready for an adventure. The kitchenette was great to have as we didn't really feel like eating out and fighting crowds after skiing all day. We paid the extra charge for the heated parking, which I think was a great choice as it made unpacking and packing the car very easy. We enjoyed the hot tub at night. The location is great! We got the full experience. We had coffee and crepes at Goodies, we did a little shopping, ice skated at night, went tubing, rode the cabriolet, drank a few beverages at the bottom of the slopes, even made a little time to take a carriage ride. We had the custom fitting for skis, where they came to us a the condo and fitted us for our ski rentals, all we had to do the next morning was show up and have fun. Our two children spent our first day in ski school and we were really impressed with how much the kids were able to learn in one day. I was skiing blue trails with my son (11) and even took him to the top of Panoramic Express and skied with him to the bottom with very little issues. All in all, we've traveled to all inclusive resorts all over the Caribbean and Mexico and even taken cruises on previous trips. It wasn't as warm but I think this trip is amongst one of our all time favorites.

Short Stay
Reviewed by Deb 80421 on 12/12/2013
Fraiser Crossing is indeed just a short walk from the door of the lobby to the slope. From the actual unit it is twice as far...a very long hallway walk to the elevator to reach the lobby. The unit itself is very clean and spacious for 2. We were there during the extreme cold temperatures and the gas fireplace doesnt seem to put out much heat. Property is overall awesome with the heated parking, ski storage, common area with hot tub and the very large private deck.
Manager's Response:
Thank you for writing a review. We apologize if you were chilly - next time call us and we'll see if we can get the temperature up. Normally Fraser Crossing has plenty of heat so it must have been that it was -25 degrees. Still, no excuse - we want to keep you nice and toasty!
Great room with super easy access to the mountain!!!

Love the garage parking so you don't have to worry about your vehicle. Quick and easy access to the mountain and only 2 miles from downtown Winter Park. Super clean rooms with everything we needed. Super awesome experience!
4th of July getaway

This condo is very well maintained and has a big balcony. There's no real view of the mountains, but you have a great view of the common plaza with the large hot tub. The Winter Park Lodging crew called before we arrived, checked on us the first night and called the day we were leaving. They were very friendly and helpful. This is a great place if you have kids. You're right across from all the WP activities.
clean but cramped
Reviewed by Lisa on 5/25/2012
This unit is very small. Would be good for a couple but not so good for more. There is too much stuff in the closets leaving guests with no option for storage which makes the unit even tinier. The balcony is very nice and spacious, perhaps a closet could be added there for the owner's storage. Also, some hooks in the bathroom would be nice.
Manager's Response:
Thank you for the review. The owner is going to put all of their belongings in one closet so that you have access to the other. There are sets of drawers and plenty of floor space as well for suitcases and clothing. We'll get some hooks added to the bathroom as well. Thanks for the suggestion! Great location...easy access!

The room was very nice & spacious. Lots of unexpected extras...(Paper plates, towels, coffee, filters, crockpot)We loved the easy access to the mountain. Parking garage was a nice convenience. Drawback to this room was that it was so far from elevators which makes for a long walk when you are exhausted after a day of skiing! We were checked on several times by the staff of Winter Park Lodging Co & our only complaint about the room was the bed linens could use some TLC.
Our stay was exceptional and very enjoyable!

Our 2 night stay at Fraser Crossing was everything we hoped for. Our Condo was very clean and we enjoyed the outdoor spa/hot tub. The underground parking was nice and the area was also kept warm. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay and would be happy to stay at Fraser Crossing again.

From the quick check-in, to the lack of hidden fees, to the spectacular room with a gift bag awaiting us, There is absolutely nothing I can say bad about this. After getting a groupon for a different resort and getting burned, Winter Park Totally made everything perfect!!! I will be staying here again soon!!! Would I recommend this to someone. No, I've already recommended it to 25 people!!! Great stay!!!
Absolutely loved it!

The only reason I stayed at this magnificient hotel is because Groupon had a great deal going on. They provided 2 night stay for only $99 plus a free biking half day & a $20 gift card to Deno's. Stayig here was so relaxing and a fun time to get out of the city for a weekend. Absolutely loved it! Would go again if I had another coupon like this

Great service before and during our stay. The condo was great for two people. Being near the Village made it great for us. Nice large bath room, king bed, great balcony. Could have used a larger refrigerator with freezer for ice cream and perhaps a Crock Pot

I enjoyed my stay but there was a couple of things that could be better such as the TV in the livingroom did not work and the cd player was broken and the frig was to small and the freezer was full of ice to the point that I could only get a couple of things in there.
Manager's Response:
Thank you for taking the time to review Fraser Crossing 3623. We have fixed the TV (was on the wrong input) and the DVD is working properly. We have also defrosted the freezer so it has more room now. Please come back and stay with us again soon.
Another holiday in Winter Park
Reviewed by Mrs Hedgehog on 4/14/2010
Fraser crossing 3623 is the perfect location for skiing trip. In less than 5 minutes of leaving the apartment you can be on the ski lift being wisked to the top of the mountain. The apartment is fully equiped for a short visit or a longer one. ( would have been nice to have a bed linen change once a week ) It is great to have a locker to keep your skis in and also a heated garage to keep the snow off the car. The apartment is well situated at the base of Winter Park and the new village has several eating places.
March 13 was a GREAT day
Reviewed by Eric Folsom on 3/18/2010
We were able to check in early @ 9:30. the room was maybe 200 feet from the lift. The weather could not have been better clear blue skies, zero wind even on top of the mountain, lift lines were short, snow condition were very good. The room itself was clean and spacious for 6 people, the bath room facilites were very nice, and the balcony provided a terrific view. I will come back and recomend other they stay here. Only two minor complaints. 1. The bathtub drain would not seal so the bathtub would not fill beyond 4 inches of water. 2. The community hot tub water was cloudy and not very hot (less than 101' I would say estimate) and when there were several bodies in the water the temperature dropped even faster. We stayed only one night so I did not call guest services, if we planned on a multiple night stay I would have called.
Relaxing Stay

The communication with the Winter Park Lodging Company was great. They kept me informed as the trip got closer and were always accessible if I had any questions. They were very friendly and helpful and it was great to be able to talk to someone live instead of sitting on hold and going through a ton of options to get to a live person. They always answered the phone within a minute or two and were happy to help. Our room was very clean and nicely appointed with a GREAT tub which was much appreciated after a long day of skiing. The only downside is that the unit was at the very end of the hall opposite the elevators so it was a long walk after you came up to the floor, however, not having to carry our equipment up and down the hallways (because of hte use of the ski lockers) made the long walk much easier on us. Being on the top floor was a plus because there were no noisy footsteps above you. The balcony was fabulous and really big. There was a nice view that faced the mountains and that was a really pretty sunset each night. Because the room faced the inside of the courtyard where the hot tub was, it could get a little noisy between 5-11 but the hot tub was shut off at 11:00 every evening so I was always able to fall asleep. The bed was very comfortable which was also a plus since last year we stayed at a different resort and the bed made the stay pretty miserable. Our favorite part of the trip was the easy walk back and forth to the skiing; our least favorite part was the leak in our tub with put it out of commission for two days. The Lodging Company did report it quickly, but because it was a private unit, they had to wait for the contracted plumber to make their way up to us. I would HIGHLY recommend this unit for a couple. Might be too small for more then 2 people though.
Perfect Location

The condo was perfectly located for the base of Winter Park. The heated garage and the ski locker were perfect. No lugging ski gear around and no scrapping the car when we wanted to go further afield. The condo had everything necessary for a great break. The service from Winter Park Lodging Company was excellent. We had a small problem which was quickly sorted out. Winter Park is a great place to ski. Even though we have been several times we are still finding new runs to ski.
