Very nice rental and extremely clean. Check in was very simple and quick. The home was recently updated and in excellent condition. The only downside was the road in and out of the complex was unpaved, in very poor condition with a tremendous number of holes.

Lovely quiet Christmas Break

Rented this condo last fall and were immediately impressed with feedback from Winter Park Lodging and they never let us down - always prompt replies and great follow-up. We had no humidifier in condo when we arrived, but on asking one was delivered in 15 minutes! The condo was small (we knew that) and would not recommend for 4 adults - maybe a family with a small child only. Nicely decorated, clean, comfortable and very well equipped in the kitchen (incl.a crock pot - hurrah!). Good TV service and Internet, so all comforts of home in a cosy setting in the mountains. Would recommend this company to anyone! Btw very good grocery store in Fraser (just up the road) - we made all our own food, so can't comment on the restaurants.

Room was nice, very clean. Had trouble sleeping on the bed, it had a high center which created problems for an already troubled back. I wouldn't mind staying there again but not in that bed.

The owners of this unit did a fabulous job of renovating. Everything in the unit is up to date with many added amenities you just don't see in other places - like a new Flat Screen HD TV along with about 40 current movie Dvd's and even a Play Station 2 for my kids to play. (There were many Play Station games available, but all of them but were missing the memory cards) Overall, this was an absolutely wonderful stay. I will definitely use Winter Park Lodging Company for our next stay.

When we drove up to Hi Country Haus we were greeted by two red fox chasing each other. The condo looks to have been renovated recently. It was very nice. We were under the impression there was another bathroom and there is only one. This would be our only complaint. Service was good.

The condo has been tastefully updated and well equipped for most all of your needs. It is warm and cozy with a great cross breeze in the summer. Our only drawback was the fact that it was on the 3rd floor and stairs only. We are in our seventies and that was a little hard but worth it when we reached the condo.

Very nice and exceptionally clean. Location was great, close to town, but in a quiet setting. The only issue was that the mattress in the bedroom was not comfortable and may need to be replaced.

My girlfriend and I were there on our babymoon and had a wonderful stay. The bed was insanely comfortable and the condo was well stocked with whatever supplies we could need. Also loved the free firewood.

I booked the room late in the week on a busy weekend for the Winter Park area. Very satisfied with the room and locale, with everything I could ask for. If there's one feedback I may offer you may consider a source of music (radio, CD player, etc...) for your renters. Otherwise, very comfortable, clean, and ease of access to the town!Conan

Arrangements for this last minute reservation went very smoothly. Staff were helpful and friendly. Check-in was great. Temperatures dropped to minus 17 degrees and all systems continued to be great. Kept us comfortable and cozy.

The unit itself is modern and nice. The complex is rather old. The walk to the hot tub was further than I expected. The hike up three steep flights of stairs was tough hauling stuff in and out. The unit is worth it though as it quite nice. I used a Groupon, so the savings made it worth it. At full price, I would pass.

The place was very well-appointed with kitchen utensils and gadgets. Even duct tape! The only two negatives were that the bathtub was not too clean ("icky" hair on the soap dish and around the drain), and it wasn't as close to the shopping as we had hoped.

Yes, it is a 5 - 10 minute walk (in the wintertime) to shops, so often better to jump on the warm shuttle and have them drop you off at the front door to Cooper Creek. Hope to have you again soon! Hi Country Haus was a wonderful place to stay. We stayed in 1016. It was extremely clean & BEAUTIFUL, the kitchen had everything we needed, the bed was so comfortable....it was perfect! I highly recommend it! The shuttle was very convenient to use, as well.

Very homey feel to this condo, got comfortable right away. Our family will request the abode again. Thanks for providing everything we needed and more. We appreciated all the advice left in condo such as must see and where you enjoyed eating! Will visit again later this year.
