Comfortable, spacious, clean and disabled friendly apartment wit

The only slight issue we had was a miscommunication regarding the airport transfers we'd arranged through Winter Park Lodging Company. This was easily resolved however.

Comfortable, Clean and great for large families. Right across the street to city park. This was a huge plus with small children.

We enjoyed the amount of room we had in our 3 BR 3 Ba condo which was located right across from the sledding hill and the bus stop for the ski area. With two children 3 and 7 that was a big plus for us. The lodging company was a big help in getting us into a place that suited our needs and they followed up not just once but several times to make sure we were OK. I've never had that happen before! Could have used a little more complete kitchen ie. more baking pans, cooking utensils,etc. We loved the spa and pool which was perfect for all of us and not a long walk. We would definately return to this condo and thought it was the best one we've rented in Winter Park.

We loved staying at Trailhead Lodges 723. We are a family of 5 with three young girls. The space was large enough while also feeling cozy and comfortable. We looked out on a green with a park and trails that were convenient for our girls when they needed a simple outing. For bigger outings, we were right around the corner from a wonderful bike rental and river trail. Winterpark Lodging sent us the simplest directions for checking in and out. They checked on us thoughtfully without being intrusive. I knew we could call them at any time if we needed anything. They maintain a professional yet very personable service...which fairly represents their wonderful staff. We were all so very sad to leave. Thank you for the wonderful memory.

Condo was clean & very well stocked. Everything that you would need was already in the condo. Cooked most meals at home. Windows look right out across the street to the park. Nice to see what's going on. However we were glad to be leaving before the jazz concert got kicked up on Saturday night. Noise is very, very loud. During the middle of the week it was nice & peaceful. Can't wait to go again & would request this condo if possible.

My husband and I stayed in this condo with our four children and my (husband's) mom. The spacious condo was perfect for our family! It's location was great since we could walk to the shops and ice skating across the street, and the sledding hill right outside our balcony was just the thing during down time for the older kids when the younger kids were napping. And I can't say enough about the management company. They were first rate and took care of our every need. Rarely have I seen such attention to detail and organization from a rental company. Can't wait to plan our 2012 trip!!!

loved overlooking the sledding hill. could stay inside and watch kids having a blast. the moment we walked in, the kids said: "dad, this is nicer than our house", so it was good to see how the other half lives, if only for a week. wi-fi and direct tv worked great, good collection of family dvds. only negative was the elavator in the building was broken. the kids had to walk up and down the steps in their ski boots: good, it will toughen them up. wonderful week.

We enjoyed the unit very much. The bus picks you up right outside the door and delivers you easily to the ski area. The unit was very nice and well laid out for two families. We hope to be back.

We loved the condo - very clean, beautiful furnishings - location was wonderful. We didn't want to pay the price to stay ski in/out - but this place on the shuttle, right beside the sledding hill, right in the middle of everything in town - was perfect for us!
