Perfect size for six adults, with room for eight, if required. Quiet, elegant complex. Beds are very comfortable. Extremely convenient to Winter Park/Mary Jane skiing. Reserved parking for one vehicle right outside the door. Free underground heated garage parking with keypad access available half a block away. Dumpster nearby. The pictures do not give full credit to the kitchen layout in the condo. Kitchen utensils, pots and pans were plentiful and of high quality, but bring your own chef's knife or sharpener. The communal hot tub is not particularly convenient to this condo, but if it is important to you, you can make it work. The lodging company's service was excellent before, during and after our stay - they responded within minutes, late in the afternoon during business hours, to a request to relight the pilot light in the gas fireplace. Even with the condo on the second floor of the complex, this is the best overall lodging/condo experience we have had in Winter Park in the eighteen years we have been skiing at Winter Park.
