Never rented until 2009, this end-unit town home is in excellent condition with new furnishings, authentic Colorado art and decor, and plenty of room for families wanting to enjoy the Rockies. Enjoy the fresh air on one of the 2 private decks or take a dip in the large outdoor hot tub. Get comfy fireside on the new sofa and be one of the first to watch an HD movie on the new entertainment system. The town's sledding hill (and the town's outdoor concert venue in the summer) is right down the road, as are restaurants, and all that Winter Park has to offer. Jump on the free shuttle right at the end of the road to the ski resort!

Sleeping Arrangements: Sleeps up to 12 with a King in the master bedroom on the main level, a Queen in the 2nd and 3rd bedroom on 3rd floor and a bunk bed with a double bed on bottom and an additional twin trundle in 4th bedroom downstairs. There’s also a Queen pullout in the living room. There’s a bathroom for each bedroom, plus a powder room in the living area.

Our family, 6 adults, 2 grandchildren, had the pleasure of renting Sawmill Station 220 December 18-25, 2010. The accommodations were excellent, the closeness of the shuttle, the accessibility to the various restaurants/shopping were wonderful. The sledding park was just walking distance for all of us, and a good time was had by all throughout Winter Park. I would highly recommend this particular condo for a family. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which makes it convenient for all! Thank you Winter Park Lodging Company for all that you did in making our Christmas vacation beyond all expectations (with the accommodations,suggestions,etc.)

Sawmill 220 is a great central location in Winter Park, in walking distance to pretty much everything. The condo is very spacious, and very noise proof. We had a great time in the unit...it had everything that we needed, and was very comfortable.
Hot Tub needs to be ready to use

We like the house, but we can't find a way to open the outside hot tub, and there is no heated swim pool close-by, I think you need those when you ski all day and want to relaxing the body.

We enjoyed the condo very much! The 3 story set up helped us to not feel too crowded. The kitchen was greatly equipped and we used it a lot. Certainly appreciated the hot tub, outside grill and the humidifiers. While we were there we found out the tea kettle was not working properly and the WPLC staff replaced it immediately. The little kids enjoyed the sliding hill across the street. Overall, great experience.

It was a great place. the only problem is the back door in the childrens room downstairs and the door to the hottub need to be child proof- we had a 4 yo and a 2yo and it was nervewracking having to worry about that. We did have a fun trip and the people who live there seem to be very nice and the condo is tastefully decorated.
