Located smack dab in the middle of town, this brand new townhome is the perfect spot to enjoy your Winter Park vacation. The home has three private decks, on which you can grill, relax in the hot tub, or enjoy the views of the Continental Divide. You’ll love how there is plenty of room to spread out, yet you still feel cozy by the fire. You’ll also enjoy wireless internet, flat screen Tv’s, washer and dryer, and a private one-car garage which provides great ski storage and a warm car in the morning.

Sleeping Arrangements: Queen beds in the master and second bedroom, a bunk bed with full-size top and bottom beds in third bedroom, plus a queen sleeper sofa in living room. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom, plus a powder room off the living area.

Location: Downtown Winter Park; three miles to Winter Park Resort ski area.

Great family spot

Nice condo with plenty of space. Lower level bunks were both doubles, great for the two teenage boys. Other beds were very comfortable (new?) as well. Quiet, convenient. Nice hot tub. Well appointed kitchen, nice laundry. Great skiing week!

This place was great. Very convenient, clean, well kept. We love the fireplace and hot tub. Well stocked kitchen (only missing sharp knives). The only thing I would change is to add some instructions on how to use the tv, dvd et cetera. That was a little hard to figure out. I would definitely choose this place again.

We stayed at Sawmill Station 104 in December 2010 and had a wonderful time. The condo was very well furnished and we had no problems. It was right on the free shuttle and within walking distance to town. We definately plan on staying there again. Winter Park Lodging staff was also very helpful with getting us information we needed before our stay.Billie LeBlanc

My family and I stayed at Sawmill Station 104 from February 27th thru March 6th 2010. The condo/townhouse was a great choice and an excellent location. This condo complex is in the heart of downtown Winter Park and in walking distance of shopping and restaurants.We enjoyed being one block over from mainstreet and on the free bus line. We encounted several minor problems during our stay which management took care of immediately, customer service was on point and excellent.The unit met my standards and expectations. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again at Sawmill Station.

The condo is of a super size for 6 people I would say, kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need, it is about 5 mins from the ski lifts and you can walk to local restaurants, garage is big. It is very warm, tv's in main lounge area and both bedrooms on the top floor, the bunk bedroom on the lower floor does get some noise from the boilers which are opposite. It is very clean and tidy and I would certainly go back again without question. Using the TV/Cable can be confusing, the fire in the lounge is perfect for the evening, we didnt use the hot-tub which is located out the back thru the bunk bedroom door.

Every thing was great minus a few items: no garage door opener, rear patio screen would not stay on track. Bed in master bedroom was a little to soft for me and one of the window screens was missing. This mad it uncomfortable to get cooled off to sleep very well. But I would rquest again but check out the lodge better before accepting.

Hi Calvin, Thank you for taking the time to review the property. We don't supply garage door openers to properties since we've had them (mistakenly) taken time and again. This property does have a nice garage, however, and you can just slip in the front door to hit the button to open it. Thanks for the heads up on the patio screendoor. We've sent someone over to fix today. We also will fix the window screen in the bedroom. We hope to see you again soon. Glad you would like to stay there again!
