Description

This airy 3rd floor condo set up above the town of Winter Park boasts some of the best views of the mountains, the slopes and the Fraser River. Take in those views as you grill out on the patio, or as you relax in the outdoor hot tub. The building is shared by only six condos, making it one of the quietest condos in downtown Winter Park. It also has underground heated parking, high ceilings and newer décor, as well as a gas fireplace to cozy up to. There is a stop for the free shuttle stop just down the driveway and across the street. River Glen has it all, we know you'll enjoy a peaceful stay here!

Sleeping Arrangements: Queen beds in both bedrooms, plus a pullout double bed in the living room.

The condo was better than the pictures. We enjoyed the view and comfy accomadations. Out of our two visits to WP this condo was far better(not that the other condo was bad)-very spacious, clean, comfy beds and great location. We will definitly come back to this condo.

Perfect for our visit with family and see the area.

We had 4 adults and really enjoyed our stay. Even though the building is in an area with a lot of big condo developments, this particular bldg just has 6 condos in it so it was very quiet and enjoyable. The kitchen is super equipped with all you need and more to fix meals if that is what you want to do and it is conveniently located in town so close to shopping and restaurants if you don't! The beds are nice and comfortable and the bathrooms are more than adequate. We had no problems at all, although it was a "haul" to bring all your belongings up three flights of stairs! Once that was done we felt right at home. Having a garage space is really a nice extra too and it saved a lot of scraping and cleaning the car off and the hot tub was a delight and very easy to use.

I can't think of anything negative to say about the place. Everything was clean/modern on the interior. Kitchen was stocked with all necessities. Hot tub was awesome. Location is perfect, just a short walk to the Winter Park shuttle bus. It's highly likely we'll stay here again

This condo had the best stocked kitchen I have ever stayed in and I am a huge cook so we were so well prepared for leg of lamb, cornish game hens, beautiful plates of pasta, etc... We did drive everyday to the upper parking lot because it is so easy to get on the shuttle lift to the resort - wished that bus came by more often... but other then that - it was perfect for myself and son - plus a family of four how came and joined us.

My family and I stayed in river Glen during the Christmas holiday. We had an awesome time! The condo was cozy, well decorated and had all the amenities we needed during our stay. The location was good and we awoke to a beautiful landscape, the sound of the creek and occassionally a fox curled up on the snow bank napping. The decor in the condo was appropriate to the season, all the way down to the outdoor lights along the balcony. Amy was great and did her best to check up on us and make sure everything was to our liking. She even had delivered a package to us from the post office. We had no problem making ourselves at home. We will definitely go back again.

My husband and I stayed here for our 20th wedding anniversary over Labor Day weekend. We enjoyed the quiet, peaceful area. It was close to Hernando's and Rise and Shine--what more could you ask for? :) The accomodations were just great. Thanks for making the place so very comfortable. We especially thank the ladies at Winter Park Lodging for being so easy to talk with and helpful each step of the process. Good service is so hard to come by these days and we really appreciated their friendly service.

Of all the properties we considered within the WPLC's offerings, River Glenn 302 was the best, at least on paper (computer). When we arrived, what we experienced far exceeded our expectations. The view of the Winter Park slopes was incredible. The furnishings and amentias of the condo itself left us not wanting or needing anything. Everything was provided for us ... down to the smallest detail. I highly recommend River Glenn as a destination. Concerning the WPLC's staff? Well I can not say enough. We were there for only three days but the staff; Valarie, Amy and Sarah treaded me (us) as if I was a big spender and booked a month long stay. The ladies helped us with information about the area that proved to be invaluable and helped smooth out our trip. They never stopped giving regardless how often I emailed or called. The paperwork to rent the unit was clean and neat and over all the performance of the "company" was total friendly, helpful and professional. I wish I could use you for all my travels. We has a great experience and we thank you and the owner of the River Glenn property. It was all good. It was all wonderful!

We really liked our stay at this condo. We stayed with another couple and everyone had plenty of room in this 2 bdrm / 2 bath unit. Unit was very comfortable, clean and well stocked. Great view and close to town, shops and restaurants. Did not mind the short drive to the slopes. Bus is available but did not use. Will definitely stay here again.

The condo has a ton of great aspects. Great views, clean, big, nice amenities. The free shuttle to skiing and town stops right at the end of the driveway. This made life easy without having to rent a car. The hot tub was a nice touch. Not only was it clean, but its also a quality hot tub (great for relaxing the muscles after skiing all day). Many restaurants and convenient stores were a very short walking distance. You can see the Winter Park runs from the balcony, making for awesome picture opportunities. Two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, were all extremely clean and ready upon checking in. There is also a locked, heated garage to store your skis, so you don't have to cart them up three flights of stairs. This accomodation made the stay with my girlfriend very comfortable and we look forward to visiting again!!!
