Stay in the brand new Village at Winter Park located at the base area for an experience you won't soon forget. Enjoy granite countertops, high end furnishings, and staying where all of the action is. This two level loft is everything you could dream up for a luxurious ski in/out vacation in Colorado- starting with the thirty second walk to the slopes. If a gourmet, brand new kitchen isn't even enough to entice you to cook, be sure to check out one of the delicious base village restaurants including The Cheeky Monk, Lime, Goody's and Back Bowl Soup Company. You'll love the brand new furniture in the kitchen and dining area, and two inviting rocking chairs on the Master bedroom patio. Last but not least, you'll be one of the only guests at Winter Park Base with your own free private garage.

Sleeping Arrangements: Sleeps up to 10 people. King bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed in the second bedroom. In the third bedroom, there is a bunk bed with a full mattress on the bottom bunk, plus a twin trundle bed. There's also a brand-new, best-on-the-market, oversized queen pullout bed in the living room.

My family and I stayed for the first time in Winter Park and didn't know what to expect. We booked through Wplc and we weren't disappointed. This loft overlooks the village and puts you within mere steps of shops and activities for all ages. We had a wonderful time shopping and spent a day at the WP resort, with many trips down the alpine slide. Our only complaint was the noise going on in the village way too late but that is to be expected. Many thanks Wplc for a wonderful family trip!

The loft #106 was an exceptional place to stay. It was within walking distance to the slopes, and being in the village provided other activities to suit the whole family. There were several members of the family that didn't ski, so they were able to find other fun things to do from the same location. It was cozy and comfortable. The only thing we didn't like was having to use the lockbox everytime we entered the loft. With a big family, it was hard to do. Other than that, the beds were comfortable, the 3 bathrooms were exceptional, and the Kitchen was a dream. Even the pull out sofa was so comfortable. I've never seen such a perfect design for a pull out sofa. Our family bonded together and was a perfect place to share our lives. Winterpark lodging provided a pack n play for my grandson to sleep in, and they had it waiting for us before we arrived. We look forward to coming back.

I was introduced to Wplc on a solo trip earlier in the year. Had such a positive experience, booked lodging for a family trip thru them. Once again, phenomenal. The staff @ Wplc communicated with us proactively via email and phone before, during and after the trip...just to check in and make all was well.During the trip, we had a few challenges (user error) with some of the technology in the unit. They sent someone out within an hour to get it ironed out. We stayed in the unit with another family of 4, for a total of 8 of us. It was perfect, with the kids sharing a bedroom and the adults each getting their own room.The location totally rocks! When you stay here, you are within 200 yards of: 7 restaurants/bars 2 coffee shops 8 shops 1 convenience store 3 rental / ticket locations 6 hot tubs The main Zephyr liftThis is a great location for kids, especially those age 8 and up. Everyone can come and go when they want. Kids can easily find their way back to the loft by themselves. Parents can know that everyone is taken care of.We are definitely coming back and staying with the fine folks @ Wplc.

We all really enjoyed our stay. The location is great, only a short 2 minute walk to Winter Park Rentals. The place was clean and was big enough for our group of 6.

everything was perfect, except the parking situation which in the end was resolved. We rented a 3 bedroom condo and drove from Illinois, there really needs to be parking for both vehicles, even if one sits outside on the upper deck. Was inconvenient to park away from the building, and expensive to park in the parking garage.

Thanks for the review, Greg. Yes, there is only one spot per loft and if you do have more cars, you can unload for up to an hour for free by the loft and then park in the upper free parking lot. A Very Good Subsitute

This place was not our original choice, but it worked out well. A very nice upscale loft. Lots of ameneties. Loved that kitchen! Would like to have had more cable channels.

Thank you for your flexibility in moving to the loft when we found out the hot tub would not be ready in time at Needles. It is now installed and ready to go, so we'd love to have you back at either property in the future!

Really enjoyed the stay. The lodging company was great to work with and very flexible to our needs. The Base Loft was perfect for our 8 person group and very close to the slopes.. will return next year

Unit was great but very unhappy that the internet was not working and did not get addressed during the entire time we were there. This really impacted keeping in touch with my office and getting some work done. Also, the television did not work properly to get all the stations.
